Your ID will be anonymous unless and until you choose to reveal it. Please note that official action cannot happen until a formal complaint is made and our anti-harassment policy protocol is followed.

If you put your email address in,  we will be able to email you through this system - we will not have your email address until you formally give it to us. Putting it in this system does not reveal it to us.
