Whistleblowers perform an important service to the public when they report evidence of waste, fraud, abuse, and mismanagement in our public agencies. Federal and state laws protect whistleblowers from retaliation for reporting wrongdoing.

We want to encourage a “speak-up” culture at ICOE where all concerns or complaints are reported timely. A speak-up culture is a workplace culture that values and encourages employees to raise concerns, report unlawful or unethical activity, and ensure we are good stewards of public funds. ICOE is always looking to improve our organization by swiftly addressing concerns, and we need your help in this important goal. Similar to the “See Something, Say Something” campaign, we encourage you to speak up using this anonymous reporting form.
