If you are aware of suspected or actual misconduct that violates Fortra's Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy, Anti-Discrimination or Anti-Harassment Policy, any other Fortra policy or the law, we encourage you to report it.

This platform provides employees, third parties and our clients the means to report potential violations of the Fortra Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy, other policies or applicable law in an anonymous manner. All employees have an obligation to report suspected Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy and Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy violations, to ask questions, raise issues and seek guidance when a course of action is unclear.

Fortra is committed to protecting the rights of and prohibiting retaliation against individuals who report issues in good faith. 

Please include as much information as possible so that we can conduct a prompt, discreet and objective investigation to the best of our ability. 

Please note that while you may remain anonymous, if we do not know the origin of the information provided, it can be difficult or at times impossible for us to work toward a resolution. We will respect confidentiality as much as possible, but in some situations we are obligated to investigate further.
