I've realized that other vocational tech school like California Tech Academy are charging less from post 911 GI BILL for example 8 months from a 12 months course? Is it that they are charging much less for their classes, I'm no sure? This is something I've noticed from Blue star and New Horizon which I understand are currently not taking VET students or are closed. Thank you for your time.
