hello..one of the things i think that needs to be addressed is the admin department including the front desk. if I call, most of the time, nobody answers. and if that lady Alison answer up, she transfer us to somebody that wont answer. we leave a message but they wont return my calls. for example, i called today (June 14, 2017) for my student id so i can register to "My Ciat" . i called a lot of times, but never got my student id. Admission always have somebody to answer the phone. why not the front desk? nobody ever returned my calls for my student id. i mean, how long does it take for rosie tennis to get my student id? this is just one of several things ive encountered. i have to personally drive and come to the office to get things done when a phone call could take care of things. very inconvenient.
the other problem is, I am a night student, it seems that the students multiply a hell of a lot more than tools that we need to have more hands on labs..example, computer mouse..even electric fans...
supplies... always out of paper cups in the lounge. for water or coffee. i understand theres vending machines but i think paper cups and paper towels and things like that needs to be provided.
the vet affairs pays a lot of money for education which we get, no problem but little things like this makes this situation uncomfortable..i really hope this gets taken care of soon especially the admin part.
