Suggestion re marketing focus on all-cash buyers

All cash buyers are on the rise (https://www.nar.realtor/blogs/economists-outlook/all-cash-sales-are-rising-sharply-amid-intense-buyer-competition). It might be good to create a marketing piece to target them, - referring to those buying their own residence with cash, who are not in the real estate business and are not knowledgeable about what title insurance is and why they should purchase it.

Thank you for this suggestion. Since Alliant National does not sell its product directly to consumers, marketing directly to all-cash buyers, or any direct-to-consumer segment, poses difficulties. As such, a traditional marketing piece targeting that segment may be of limited value. However, given the general interest in cash purchases, one strategy may be to create a blog article on the topic featuring an Alliant National expert. We could share this article on our blog, on social media, and our agency team would have the opportunity to forward the link to any agents who want to post the story to their own social media accounts as they market to consumers. Marketing will work with the PR team to create the blog and social media post in the coming weeks.
