Simpler encrypted email solution that works for everyone

I think that a simpler, encrypted email solution that automatically works for everyone would be ideal. That way no one has to consciously go out to web-Sharefile to generate an encrypted email when sending NPI. In fact, they wouldn't even have to think about whether they were sending NPI and needed encryption because the email would automatically be encrypted (- if such a thing is technologically possible and affordable).
Public Response
We are implementing a simple solution using Barracuda for all of our users the week of November 30th. The email sender will have a button on the ribbon to enable optional encryption when sending emails and attachments external to our network. By enabling encryption the email and attachment(s) will be easily encrypted. The recipient will receive and open the encrypted email via Barracuda.
