For some unknown reason when using the Missouri rate calculator it asks to kindly check your internet connection. The connection is operating but the calculator is not.

Due to security changes with the browsers we have to update the version of Apache on our web server in order to support TLS 1.2. The new versions of Chrome and Firefox have previous versions of TLS turned off by default. We are working to have the server updated this week.
