I am an active follower of the NKT creating a document to send to the NKT of potential ideas for reforming the experience of the journey within this organization.
An example suggestion would be to not just turn the heating on when visitors are coming.

Any mature, adult, thoughtful feedback will be treated with the strictest of confidence and my commitment is to your total privacy.
However if any childish or cruel mind game messages are sent such as gaslighting. these will be placed on public display. So my suggestion is not to win this war with low blows but to try to win it with wisdom and compassion.

I am a simple long term student within the NKT who has spoken to many people struggling inside, and many people who have left and are relentlessly loitering, feeling their feedback hasn't been taken on board. I have no official job and am not in any way working for the NKT. This is my own idea and project. It has not been organized by anyone who runs, leads or administrates the NKT. My statements and opinions are not NKT statements and I request that my words are not misused in this way. I am not stating the position of the administrators of the NKT. Only they can do that.
