Employee of the Quarter Nominations

We invite all GIT employees to nominate a team member to be honored and rewarded as Employee of the Quarter! 
(Q3: July - September) 

Two superstars will be selected, and YOU get to help us!  

Here are some examples of qualities and behaviors that would deem someone to be an excellent nominee for employee of the quarter:

Someone who...

• Goes consistently above and beyond, excelling in their work performance. 
• Demonstrates solid problem-solving skills or creativity in overcoming challenges. 
• Has a positive attitude and has helped foster a welcoming and collaborative team environment. 
• Takes on additional responsibilities or been involved in successful cross-departmental projects.
• Consistently receives positive feedback from residents, customers, or other departments. 
• Shows a strong commitment to learning and development and has been integral to achieving this quarter's projects, initiatives, or company goals.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership qualities by mentoring or coaching other team members.
